By placing an online order through owlanddog.com, you agree to and accept these terms & conditions. Read these carefully before making an order.

Order
When you place your order, you agree all information given is accurate. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Owl & Dog playbooks does not accept liability in any form for mistakes, omissions or errors on the information provided by the buyer. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment, unless we notify delays on dispatch. If the product is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
All payments are processed in GBP. If the issuer of your card does not authorise payment to us we will not be liable for delays or non-delivery. We accept credit cards and PayPal.
Cancelling an order
If you have placed an order, but changed your mind and would like to cancel, you have to notify us before you receive a dispatch notice email. If you already have received a dispatch notice, please follow the Return procedures.
Return/Exchange
For refunds or exchanges please contact us within 14 days of purchase before sending back to us. Please use a recorded delivery at your discretion as we can not be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged during transit.
Only unopened items are returnable.
Shipping
The shipping cost is not included in the unit price. Shipping will be added when you check-out. We offer a flat rate as below and will send by Royal Mail 2nd Class for UK, and Royal Mail international standard for EU countries. We currently do not deliver to countries outside the UK.

As a part of the ordering process, you will be asked to provide your name, address, and e-mail address, which we need in order to fulfill your order.
We will use this information responsibly and guarantee that your information will not be shared with any outside organization or third party except where necessary to provide the service.
If you are on the mailing list we might send you a newsletter when we have news such as product launches or sales. If you wish you can unsubscribe automatically from the newsletter.

Owl & Dog Playbooks will take all reasonable care, whenever it is in our power to keep the details of your order and payments secure, however, unless due to our negligence, we can't be held liable for any loss the client might suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to data you provide when accessing our website.
Any disputes will be settled under English law in the courts of London.
